The rule in one line
ToolZora does not save your uploaded documents on our servers. There is no login and no cloud folder of your PDFs, photos, resumes, or invoices. Ready tools read the file in this browser, produce a download, and drop the file from memory when you leave the page.
If a draft exists (invoice, recents, PDF Editor save count), it is stored only in this browser on your device. Clearing site data removes it. We cannot recover it.
What this is not hiding
The public website can still load Google Analytics (page views, device type, tool events without file names) and Google AdSense (advertising cookies). The host can log IP and URL. That is ordinary website traffic. It is not a copy of the PDF you opened.
A few tools need the network for public data, such as currency rates or an HTTP status check of a URL you type. Those pages say so. Optional ATS wording, if configured, sends text you already see on screen—not a silent file archive.
What you should still do
Download your result before closing the tab. Do not email resumes or invoices to the support address unless a person asked. Read the Privacy Policy for cookies, ads, and hosting logs.
Questions
Do you keep my resume or PDF?
No. Ready analysis and conversion run in the browser. We do not operate a document store.
Is Google Analytics the same as saving my file?
No. Analytics records that a page was used. It does not receive the file contents.
