How to run any ready tool
Use the header: Tools, PDF, Image, Calculators, ATS, or Guides. Type a name in search if you already know it (merge PDF, compress image, word counter). Open the tool page. Read the size limit and accepted formats on that page.
If the job needs a file, choose it from your computer or phone. The file is read in this browser for ready tools. Press the convert, merge, compress, or generate button. Download or copy the output. Refreshing the tab drops the file from memory.
What you get (benefits)
No signup and no paywall on ready tools. You can finish a small job—join two PDFs, shrink a photo for email, make a QR code, count words, draft an invoice—without installing desktop software.
Your document is not stored in a ToolZora account. Recents, if shown, live only in this browser’s local storage until you clear site data. Planned tools stay labeled planned, so you are not sent a fake file.
Which category for which job
PDF: merge, split, rotate, PDF to Excel, Excel to PDF, images to PDF. Image: compress, resize, format convert. Calculators: age, percentage, unit conversion. ATS: resume versus a job description you paste. Invoice: a bill PDF template, not tax software.
